Bryan Zelnik has worked on many compelling projects throughout his career. A large part of his time was spent at Rosenblum Architects (RA). Elliott Rosenblum was a mentor to Bryan, providing him with great opportunities and taught a great deal about detailing and design. At RA as an Associate, he was a Project Architect responsible for the oversight of several prestigious projects for "A-list" clients in the North East from Fifth Ave in NYC to the shores of Mt. Desert Island in Maine. Involved from the start of the projects, including programming and budgeting through design, contract documents, bidding and contract administration, always involved in every aspect of the projects. Every project was custom designed from the exteriors to selection of interior finishes and intricate detailing of the interior wood cabinetry.
Bryan earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State University in 1995 receiving several design awards for student work, as a senior he received the prestigious RDG Bussard Dikis Award to the top student for design.
