GATES MILLS RESIDENCE*
Features: This Y-shaped 10,000 square foot, two-story house is located in the Ohio Valley near Gates Mills. The completed residence sits on a 10 acre site adjacent to a stream and views of the Ohio Valley. with five bedrooms, five and a half baths, library, tower , screen porch and guest wing.

ULSTER HEIGHTS LAKEHOUSEFeatures: This summer lakehouse faces a common shared lake. The roof peels off to form a screened porch while the interior's main space provides a loft over about the main living space with sweeping views of the lake beyond.
WURTSBORO MOUNTAIN HOUSEFeatures: This house faces east towards the hudson river. The loft like living room's large glass facade faces the eastern views which aloow for endles sight lines. The client Norwiegian influence helped to create the material use.
Features: This 10,000 square foot, two-story house is located on the Sommes Sound off the Atlantic Ocean. The completed residence sits on a 4 acre site adjacent to the sound and has view to the ocean from the look out tower. with five bedrooms, four and a half baths, library, tower , screen porch and guest house.
